14 years of building quality into every release.
I started as a software test engineer validating an e-commerce platform in an Agile team. What I kept seeing was the same pattern — the closer testing sat to design and release decisions, the fewer surprises reached production. That shaped how I've approached QA ever since: not as a gate at the end, but as a discipline baked into every stage.
